Everyclick, the search engine that helps charity, has delivered over 1,000,000 searches. To celebrate this occasion, Everyclick announced that anyone who witnessed the millionth click and sent in a screenshot could win £100 for the charity of their choice. Numerous users witnessed the click and competition was won by a supporter of BREAK, who will receive an additional donation of £100 this month.

Internet company gives 100% of revenue to charities

An internet search engine has entered fully into the spirit of National Giving Week (17-23rd October) by declaring it will hand over 100% of its revenue to charities across the UK.

Everyclick offers a new way of fundraising that allows internet users to raise money for charities without donating any money. Just by searching the web and shopping through links to online stores like Amazon, users are generating commissions, Everyclick then shares this revenue with charities listed on its website.

It was launched in June 2005 has already delivered over 400,000 searches and has been adopted by over 300 registered charities who have received a total of £3,379.21. Everyclick has been designed to provide 5 million users with a new way to search the web which could generate in excess of £60 million in donations to charity.

Salvation Army signs up as Everyclick makes third monthly donation

The Salvation Army is the latest major charity to join Everyclick, the search engine that donates half its monthly revenues to listed charities. With over 260 participating charities and more joining every day, the site has now delivered over 350,000 searches and released its third monthly donation totalling £3,379.21.

Everyclick: early indications are very positive

Just 8 weeks after launch, charity search engine Everyclick has signed up 200 charities and logged over 220,000 searches on its site. The 2000 registered users have helped raise over £2,000 for the charities listed on Everyclick. This makes the company's original projection of each regular user raising £12 per year very much on target.

Everyclick signs over 100 charities

Everyclick, the new search engine that helps charity, launched on 16th June is delighted to announce that they now have over 100 charities listed on their site to benefit from the revenue created by users searching online. There have been over 50,000 searches made on the site.

The charities that can be supported range from Save the Children, Centrepoint, The Special Olympics Great Britain, Leonard Cheshire, and the Countryside Foundation for Education to smaller more regional charities throughout the country.
