There are two ways to sign up to Everyclick:

You can register as a fundraiser who is an individual, a school, a college or a company (see also 'Fundraising groups').
You can also choose whether your name is fully visible and your profile can be seen, your name only is displayed or your profile is completely hidden. If you want other people to join your fundraising group or you want to add images for news and feedback, make sure your profile is visible. If not, then your fundraising group will not be found and your images will not be displayed!
The name you enter will be your profile name. You can change your name after you have signed up but your original profile name will remain the same.
Once you have signed up you will be able to change your settings, see all your fundraising and donations, add news and comments to your charity's page and add pictures to your profile in My Everyclick. Your toolkit is full of personalised ways to spread the word and encourage others to join you on Everyclick.
Your settings can be changed in 'My Everyclick'.
How to change your charity.
Make sure you have signed in to Everyclick and that your chosen charity is displayed on the bar below the header and on the homepage. Search for the charity you wish to join (you can do so by name, or by going to the Charities portal page and browsing the directory). Go to the charity's page and follow the 'Fundraise for this charity as you search the web' link.
In My Everyclick, ensure that your new charity is stated at the top and that all the required fields are filled in. Then click on 'save my settings' at the bottom of the form.
If you see the 'sign up' button instead, you have not yet completed registration with Everyclick and created your fundraiser profile. Please fill in the form and click 'sign up'.
How to change your email address
To change your email address or the text which appears on your fundraiser page, go to the Edit my settings tab in My Everyclick. Once you have changed the settings you wish to, click the 'save your settings' button at the bottom of the form.
If you see the 'sign up' button rather than 'save your settings' then please complete the form to create your profile.
How to change your password
To change your password, go to the Edit my settings tab in My Everyclick. Once you have changed the settings you wish to, click the 'save your settings' button at the bottom of the form.
If you see the 'sign up' button rather than 'save your settings' then please complete the form to create your profile.
Please note:
If you signed up to Everyclick before November 2007 you may need to complete your fundraiser profile on the new website, therefore you will see the 'sign up' button by default.
How to create a fundraising group
Your Everyclick profile is also your fundraising group. You can ask your friends, family and colleagues to join you on Everyclick by using the tools on your Spread the word page which, once you have signed up, will be configured to show your profile URL.
When other people join you by registering through one of these links, their name will appear on your profile page (unless they have chosen to remain hidden) as a member of your fundraising group. Once you have been joined on Everyclick, the amount of funds you have raised will show against your profile.
How to join or leave a group
People can also join your fundraising group after they have signed up to Everyclick. All they need to do is to search for your name under 'fundraisers', or look under the charity you support if they know it, and then following the 'Join this fundraiser' link on your profile page.
If you wish to leave a group, either search for your new fundraising group or, if you do not want to be a part of anyone else's group, go to your own profile page and follow the 'Join this fundraiser' link.
You do not have to support the same charity as other members of your group but if the person whose group it is changes their charity, all those in their group will also change. You will receive a message when you return to Everyclick.
Please note:
If you have set your profile to hidden you will not be found on Everyclick. If you have set your profile to 'name only', only your name will be visible and people wil not be able to join your fundraiser group.
To add a news item or feedback to your charity's page, go to their page and use the links provided. You can also add an image to go with your article. Please keep your text to a reasonable length!
Please type in your text or cut and paste it into a text-only editor such as Notepad before entering it into the form. Text cut and pasted from Word or similar will contain extra formatting which will appear as strange characters on the page when published.
Your text and images will be published directly to the site. However, articles are checked every day and may be removed if they are irrelevant or violate Everyclick's posting guidelines – please read these before you post your article.
Only the two most recently posted articles each of feedback and news will show on the charity's page.
Sign in and go to your charity's page. Use the 'Build your charity's custom homepage' link under 'Information for charity staff'. Please read the posting guidelines before proceeding.
Please include a phone number on the form (required field) in case there are any problems with your uploaded images.
Homepages are approved and manually published by Everyclick. You do not need to add a logo, a background image and text but it looks much better if you can do all three!
